Sr. Interior Designer

Projects are expected to be delivered within budgets outlined as well as meet client expectations • Participation in marketing and business development efforts from production of visual, written proposals, and participation in interviews are required • The ability to produce conceptual, technical, and constructable drawings, specifications, and documentation is required and the ability to direct others in these tasks are expected to be performed with little assistance • This position is one of teaching and mentoring to aid in junior staff professional development. Leaders can manage and direct project teams, communicate and delegate tasks effectively, and contribute to staff reviews and professional development goals • Collaboration is expected not only within interior design teams and clients but also at every level, including but not limited to, project architects, project managers, marketing team members, building engineers, subconsultants, vendors, and design partners.
