Job Description Our client is seeking Sr. The Sr. Hard Skills • Licensed Architect with 8 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or education projects • Ability to lead team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems • Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed implementation document sets (interior plans, fixture plans, elevations, details) • Competence in managing client expectations, team communications, and consultant coordination • Capability to generate project documents and schedules, manage finances, and keep the project on schedule • Proficiency in developing cost estimates for design proposals • Expertise in FF&E sourcing, selection, custom design, and specification Soft Skills • Creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions • Strong client relationship building and strengthening • Effective conflict management and encouraging a healthy team environment • Investment in professional development of staff through mentoring and motivating • Ability to develop, recognize, recruit, and grow diverse talent • Active collaboration in managing projects to meet budget and schedule requirements while delivering quality work • Participation and leadership in team meetings to discuss project and technical issues At Actalent, diversity and inclusion are a bridge towards the equity and success of our people.
