Job Description Our client is seeking Sr. The Sr. Hard Skills - Licensed Architect with 8 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or education projects - Ability to lead team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems - Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed implementation document sets (interior plans, fixture plans, elevations, details) - Competence in managing client expectations, team communications, and consultant coordination - Capability to generate project documents and schedules, manage finances, and keep the project on schedule - Proficiency in developing cost estimates for design proposals - Expertise in FF&E sourcing, selection, custom design, and specification Soft Skills - Creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions - Strong client relationship building and strengthening - Effective conflict management and encouraging a healthy team environment - Investment in professional development of staff through mentoring and motivating - Ability to develop, recognize, recruit, and grow diverse talent - Active collaboration in managing projects to meet budget and schedule requirements while delivering quality work - Participation and leadership in team meetings to discuss project and technical issues About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
