This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced Interior Designer who enjoys both guiding teams and remaining hands-on in the design process. You'll lead high-profile projects from concept through construction, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor emerging talent, and help shape the future of a growing, nationally recognized design studio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects through all phases, from concept development to construction administration.Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on project vision, scope, budget, and schedule.Direct and mentor project teams while providing design leadership and technical guidance.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialty consultants to ensure project quality and compliance.Contribute to design development, documentation, detailing, and problem-solving on complex projects.Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional interior design experience, including leadership and project management responsibilities.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.Proven experience leading projects and teams across all phases of design and delivery.Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety requirements, and sustainable design principles.Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Benefits & Culture
