About: This person will work closely with the principal and design team, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and keep projects moving with clarity, consistency, and calm. 10+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design Proven experience leading teams and managing projects from start to finish Strong construction administration experience Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows Experience with Monograph Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, documentation, and project execution Experience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projects Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and bring forward solutions Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback Collaborative, accountable, and able to lead without unnecessary drama Our Culture: This role is based in our Miami Beach office and is fully in person.
