In this role you'll be responsible for developing, evolving, documenting, and maintaining design standards for interior construction, architectural/interior finishes... lighting, environmental graphics, materials, and furniture to carry out our design intent. Qualifications: • 3+ years in architecture, interior design, or retail industry with a focus on design • Portfolio of interior architecture or interior design accomplishments • Strong influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills • Possess thought leadership ability and a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to build strong partnerships with peers, internal partners, suppliers, and leaders, collaborating to drive business objectives, strategy, and financial performance • Lead and manage multiple complex and overlapping design projects with tight timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment • Proficient in interpreting construction documents (e.g., architectural, structural, finish plans, lighting) with a critical eye toward architectural design challenges and opportunities • Experience with developing strong design presentations, successfully selling in concepts and influencing at all levels of the organization in support of design strategy and objectives • Proven experience using AutoCad, Microsoft, and Photoshop to develop and present design concepts and bring vision and ideas to life through drawings, elevations and renderings Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
