Independently manage small to medium projects and support large projects with budgets up to $30 million dollarsProvide architectural and interior designs in conjunction with site planning teamsProvide space plans, test fits, design solutions and details, using AutoCAD and 2D/3D drawingsDevelop FF&E catalogs for current and future-state buildsElectronically archive as-built drawings for each project and ensure database remains organized and updatedManage external Architecture and Engineering consultants and vendorsCollaborate with internal construction managers and provide additional design support throughout construction phase
