Assists the Dining Services Management Team with service, utility and culinary staff in accordance with the standards and policies & procedures of Royal Oaks in all dining areas and points of service. Assist in generating and maintaining all food service departmental training materials so as to provide consistent training for all food service positions. Is responsible for promptly reporting to the Director of Health Services, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) incidents or evidence of resident abuse or a violation of residents’ rights. -Has ability to read and speak English.
