Staging Designer

We are seeking an experienced Staging Designer to support our growing project volume and work closely with our Creative Director. This role is ideal for someone with real-world staging or interior design experience who is comfortable making decisions on site, leading portions of installs, and helping maintain a high standard of design across all projects. Staging Design & Project Execution • Collaborate on staging concepts for residential listings • Lead or support staging installs and styling days • Arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to optimize flow and visual impact • Execute design plans with minimal oversight • Step into a leadership role on-site when needed This role is a strong fit for someone who is: • Experienced in staging or interior design with a strong portfolio of real installs • Confident in their design instincts and decision-making • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for composition, scale, and flow • Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments • Collaborative, reliable, and able to take ownership of their work Role Details • Part-time or project-based to start, with opportunity to grow • $30–$35 per hour, based on experience • Flexible hours depending on project schedule • On-site work in the Washington, DC area (local staging projects)
