We are looking for a talented, driven, and detail-oriented Staging Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for design, organization, and client service. QualificationsDegree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred.Professional home staging experience is strongly preferred.Experience in luxury residential interiors is highly desirable.Strong understanding of scale, proportion, color, texture, and furniture placement.Excellent styling skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Must live within 20 miles of Boca Raton, FLAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and assist during installations when needed. Deliver stunning, market-ready homes that exceed client expectations.Maintain exceptional design consistency across every project.Complete projects on time and with minimal revisions.Collaborate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.Protect company inventory and maintain quality standards.Build trust with clients through professionalism and excellent communication.Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
