Stock Associate

Before an interior project looks finished, every item has to arrive, be checked and be ready when the team needs it. If you like hands-on work and the satisfaction of getting things in order, we’re looking for a Stock Associate to help with the day-to-day movement of items at our Beaumont studio.

We work on interior design projects, your focus will be on the stock: knowing what has arrived, spotting anything that needs attention and helping the team find the right item at the right time. It is practical work where being careful matters just as much as being quick.

From delivery to handoff

You’ll help receive deliveries, check items against the order information and report anything missing or damaged. Once items are checked, you’ll label and place them where they belong, keeping the storage area tidy and safe to work in.

When the team is preparing for a project, you’ll help pull the requested items and check them before they leave the studio. You may also pack smaller pieces to protect them during transport. If something is not where the record says it should be, we’d want you to flag it early so there’s time to put it right.

What you’ll take ownership of

Keeping stock records up to date as items arrive, move or leave.
Making sure labels and storage locations are clear.
Helping with routine counts and checking any differences.
Handling items with care and using help or equipment when something cannot be moved safely.
Leaving the stock area ready for the next person to use.

Some days will be steady; others will get busier when a delivery arrives or a project is being prepared. You should be comfortable staying on your feet, changing priorities when needed and asking a question if an instruction is unclear. We would rather you check an item twice than send the wrong one out in a hurry.

You do not need a specialist qualification or previous interior design experience. We’re looking for someone dependable who can count accurately, follow a process and take pride in work that helps other people do their jobs well. If you’ve kept a workspace organized or handled items carefully in another setting, tell us about it.

This is an on-site role in Beaumont. If you enjoy practical work with a clear result at the end of the day, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
