We are seeking an experienced Store Designer to join the Store Design team for a global leader in specialty retail and home fragrance. In this role, you will act as a key individual contributor, taking retail concepts from initial layout through final design intent. From storefront elevations to interior fixtures and space planning, you will shape the physical brand experience across retail locations while collaborating closely with Construction, Purchasing, and Design Leadership. Design & Layout Execution: Produce complete retail design packages—including floor plans, storefront elevations, lighting, fixtures, and spatial layouts—aligned with brand standards. (Note: Experience strictly in home, residential, or corporate office design will not be considered for this role).
