Store Interior Design Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading an in-store design team and enhancing our customers' experience in the store. You will be working closely with the store team, customers, and suppliers to ensure that the store's interior design meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. Create and implement visual merchandising plans to ensure the store’s interior design is consistent with IKEA’s brand identity. Develop and maintain a safe work environment in the store.
