Store Interior Design Specialist

This position is a hybrid role, 3 days minimum in our Bala Cynwyd office. The Interior Designer will work closely with the Design + Architecture team, as well as the Construction team, helping to implement Pep Boy's new and innovative design solutions that align with Pep Boys’ brand standards, business objectives, and optimize the Customer Experience. • Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure that all design elements reflect and enhance Pep Boys’ brand identity. • Compliance: Ensure all interior designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • Strong talent in furniture and special floor plan layouts • Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing and procurement • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
