Above all, the Store Manager must be able to lead a staff that works well as a team and enjoys the whole retail experience. The Store Manager is knowledgeable about, and responsible for, all operational aspects of daily store activities. Point of Sale (POS) & E-commerce Knowledgeable in all relevant Lightspeed POS functions - sales, special orders, returns, layaway, home on approval, purchasing, receiving, reporting. Works with the inventory manager to ensure the timely flow of merchandise from stock to the sales floor. A Slate Store Manager is flexible to the varying requirements of the business and complies with the Slate's standards, procedures, and policies.
