Store Manager / Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager with previous sales and management experience. If you are looking for a stable career within the furniture and interior design space, we want to hear from you. This position would be to oversee the daily operations of a brick and mortar and online furniture store selling new and high end preowned home furnishings. Responsibilities: -Manage warehouse staff on daily basis. -Work with suppliers, shippers and vendors -Assist in implementing work flow processes -Quality control of incoming and outgoing merchandise -Greet customers, price merchandise and generate in-store sales -Answer product specific questions via email, phone and in person -Identify areas of improvement and work with general manager to improve processes -Be able to arrange and maintain showroom/warehouse in a neat and organized manner Qualities: -Problem solver -Strong leadership -Good communication -Able to be flexible and adapt -Strong team player but also able to work independently -Ability to recognize potential issues, address and solve as they arise -Ability to work with logistics manager, sales managers and warehouse employees -Experience with MS Word, Google Drive, Dropbox & Inventory Software programs
