This is a highly detail-driven, operationally focused role at the center of the studio’s day-to-day function. The Studio Coordinator supports project flow, manages logistics, and ensures that details, both large and small, are executed with consistency and care.This role is best suited for someone who is not only organized but naturally anticipates needs, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of outcomes. The right person will bring a strong sense of accountability and pride in getting things right the first time.This role is critical to the success of the studio. You will be the connective tissue between projects, people, and process—ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and that every detail is accounted for.WHO YOU AREExceptionally detail-oriented—you notice what others miss and take pride in accuracyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at onceProactive and forward-thinking—you anticipate needs rather than wait to be directedStrong communicator, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentConfident managing logistics, timelines, and follow-throughYou are eager to gain exposure across all aspects of the design process and continue growing as a member of our design team.WHAT WILL SET YOU APARTExperience working in a residential interior design studio or adjacent industryFamiliarity with project tracking tools (Asana, Design Files, etc.)Comfort working with physical product, vendors, and installation logisticsA strong sense of ownership—you treat each task and project as your responsibility to see throughESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Studio Operations & CoordinationSupport the day-to-day function of the studio, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficientlyMaintain organization across physical and digital systems, including files, contacts, and internal tracking toolsCoordinate calendars, appointments, and team logistics across projectsDaily Studio UpkeepProject & Logistics CoordinationSupport project flow by maintaining accurate, up-to-date tracking across all active projectsCoordinate key milestones including trade days, installations, and deliveriesCommunicate updates with designers, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and follow-throughAnticipate scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively adjust plans as neededProduct & Inventory ManagementOversee the receiving, inspection, and documentation of all incoming productMaintain accurate records and tracking of items from arrival through installationCoordinate storage, deliveries, returns, and exchanges in partnership with the procurement teamClient & Vendor CoordinationAssist in coordinating communication with clients and trades as neededSupport onboarding of new projects, including documentation and system setupEnsure all parties are informed, prepared, and aligned throughout each phase of the projectADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONSThis role is best suited for…
