Studio Coordinator

The Studio Coordinator is a critical support position, not a design role , and will remain focused on operations, logistics, and project management support. Project Coordination + Support • Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables stay on schedule • Support client onboarding, ensuring forms, contracts, and project information are received and organized • Update client files, proposals, and POs as needed • Communicate project updates with clients in coordination with the Principal Designer • Schedule trades and deliveries, coordinating details with vendors and clients • Support on-site installations and styling days alongside the warehouse and design team • Work with the design team to close open client items and maintain project organization • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, assertive yet collaborative • Technologically savvy and genuinely enjoys learning new systems and tools • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and general project management or tracking platforms (specific software experience not required) • Reliable car and valid driver's license (required for local site visits and deliveries) • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a collaborative design team • Interested in design operations and project management, not a design or decorating role Bonus Skills / Industry Knowledge • Experience with Studio Designer or similar project management tools • Knowledge of trade vendors, furnishings, and custom fabrication processes • Experience obtaining quotes and managing communication with fabricators and suppliers • Familiarity with receiving warehouse operations or logistics coordination • Understanding of design studio workflows or client service processes Details • Status: Non-exempt, W-2 employee • Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week • Schedule: Hybrid – combination of remote work, studio time, and local site visits • Compensation: $25–35/hour (based on experience and qualifications) • Benefits: 40 hours of paid sick leave and 1 week of Paid Vacation time per year.
