Intimate Living Interiors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Procurement & Purchasing Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and coordination of furnishings, materials, and vendor relationships for our interior design projects. Track all orders from placement through delivery and installationCoordinate with designers, warehouses, receivers, installers, and project managersMaintain procurement schedules to support project timelines and deadlinesProvide regular status updates to the design team and leadership Oversee receiving schedules and delivery coordinationEnsure items are properly tracked, inspected, and accounted for upon arrivalManage freight claims, returns, replacements, and damagesSupport installation preparation and logistics coordination Assist with procurement budgeting and cost trackingReconcile purchasing records with accounting and project budgetsEnsure procurement systems and processes remain organized and efficientHelp identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or operations experienceExperience in interior design, furniture, construction, or luxury retail preferredStrong understanding of purchasing workflows and vendor managementExperience with Studio Designer, QuickBooks, Design Manager, or similar software is a plusExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
