Gensler is seeking a Studio Director and market leader to join our Denver office—someone who is passionate about design, leadership, and shaping the future of workplace environments. Responsible for overall management of the studioRepresent the interests of the studio to ensure issues are addressed and resolved expeditiouslyMonitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the studio relating to all staff, business and financial operations Project experience across many practice areas with a focus on workplace interiorsProven leadership and business development skillsCertified interior designer preferredA minimum of 15 years of experience in the interior design and/or architecture fieldExperience in guiding the operations of a studio; both in the mentorship and development of staff, as well as fiscal oversightStrong client relationships are preferredHigh level of drive and collaborative spirit to help grow a dynamic studio with engaged team membersAble to travel to other Gensler offices or client project locations as neededExcellent references and personal portfolio of work At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
