Studio Manager

Ashleigh Clark Interior Design Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Studio Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our growing interior design studio. This role is essential to ensuring our projects run seamlessly from concept through completion while maintaining the elevated, client-focused experience our brand is known for. • *Procurement & Order Management** • Place and track all product orders with vendors • Maintain accurate order logs and ensure timely follow-ups • Coordinate deliveries and communicate updates with the team and clients • *Financial Management (QuickBooks)** • Process and pay vendor invoices • Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks • Assist with tracking project budgets and expenses • *Client & Vendor Communication** • Serve as a key point of contact for client communications • Provide timely updates regarding orders, schedules, and project progress • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and trade partners • *Studio Management** • Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment • Support internal systems, organization, and processes • Assist in maintaining a polished, professional studio experience for clients and team members • *What We’re Looking For** • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal • A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve • Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability • *Qualifications** • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or management role • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) • Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Background in interior design, construction, or a creative studio environment is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus • *Why This Role Matters** This position plays a vital role in keeping the studio running efficiently and allowing our design team to focus on delivering exceptional work.
