Prominent Kitchen & Bath Design firm has an Immediate, Full-Time job opportunity for a bright, highly organized individual to work in our Naples Design Studio. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is Detail Oriented and comfortable multi-tasking. Experience w/ Interior Design, Cabinetry or Architecture helpful, but not required Job Responsibilities include: \\- Greeting clients and taking and publishing detailed meeting notes \\- Prepping for upcoming meetings \\- Tracking upcoming deliverables and follow-up meetings \\- Maintaining job files / binders \\- Ordering & Tracking samples \\- Maintaining and Organizing the Studio \\- Assisting with Client Selections \\- Assisting the Sr. Designer in all aspect of client management \\- Normal admin/offc assistant duties as needed Vacation and health care benefits provided. Job days/hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00-5:00, 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00 Compensation: $ (45-52k) / year to start, based on Qualifications & Experience We are a drug-free work environment.
