We are growing quickly and are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to become the operational backbone of our creative studio.Position Overview:The Director of Business & Studio Operations will work directly with the Founder/Creative Director as the "Implementor" of the company's vision. You are the buffer between leadership and the team, a data-driven decision-maker, a master organizer, and a strategic sounding board.Key Responsibilities:Business Operations & ManagementTurn strategic ideas and goals into executable project plans and timelinesEstablish, document, and continuously improve company processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Oversee project management systems (Google Drive, Dubsado, DesignFiles) to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metOrganize and lead weekly operations meetings with team membersAnalyze project profitability, timelines, budgets, and client satisfactionSupport hiring, onboarding, and training for new team membersConduct employee performance reviews and ongoing feedback sessionsManage vendors, contractors, and outsourcing partnersTrack key KPIs, budgets, and client project financials in collaboration with the Creative DirectorEnsure accurate reporting and forecasting for projects, pipelines, and business growthHelp streamline billing, invoicing, and workflow between departmentsClient & Team RelationsAct as a first line of support for internal team questions and client process concernsMaintain strong client communication standards across the firmEnsure client experience aligns with the R.
