We are a design firm specializing in building restoration interior design and alterations. Our portfolio includes new buildings, high-rises, malls and landmarks. The individual selected will have the opportunity to be involved with project work on multiple building types and will work closely with our Senior Design team and Project Managers to understand and deliver on client needs. We are looking for candidates with a passion for their field and a can- do attitude, 0 to 5 years of professional architecture experience, and knowledge of sustainable building practices • Preparation of contract documents and specifications • Occasional on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans • Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures • Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs • Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage • Assist with activities engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
