Coordinate mechanical trades to ensure they are transferring their as-build information to our plans on a weekly basis (Manager to review). Review permit plans and submit red lines within 72 hours to the Project Manager. Coordinate the mechanical trades and see that the update as-built drawings are done weekly as well. It is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of this job. Physical Requirements: May be required to walk a roof; must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
