Talented Experienced Home Staging Lead

This job requires being on your feet and moving around for most of the work day. If ironing bedding is beneath you, this is not a good job for you. Able to use your smart phone and can send and respond to text messages and sign into our time tracking app (we pay a monthly phone stipend) CAPABLE OF LEARNING NEW SOFTWARE AND PROCESSES and willing to adhere to company design guidelines You will be an integral part of our company inventory system, so YOU MUST HAVE TECHNOLOGY SKILLS and be good at research and putting together information from many sources (job critical skill) The job: You must be decisive. Leading the staging and warehouse team in the warehouse (Rosemead) and on location Some client and customer service interactions Helping to select new inventory for purchase Overseeing the restocking of staging inventory as it returns to the warehouse Going to vacant houses for estimating purposes and creating a design plan Working on interior design projects as needed (this isn't our core business, but we're willing to let it grow organically) We are open to someone who has outside design projects, but this job must take priority THIS IS A DRAMA-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, "SUBSTANCE"-FREE WORKPLACE with lots of growth opportunities for the right person.
