About the Department of Art and Design Purdue University Fort Wayne's Department of Art and Design is a leading provider of art education in the region. Our faculty members are experienced professionals in their fields, and we offer a wide range of courses and programs to suit the needs of our students. This position will involve teaching undergraduate interior design courses, participating in departmental meetings, advising students, and engaging with the academic and professional communities. The successful candidate will have a Master's or PhD degree in Interior Design or a related field and at least 3 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting. Key Responsibilities This role requires the ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: design studio course, interior materials, lighting and color, professional practice, drawing techniques, interior history, and design software.
