We are looking for a special person to fill a very important role in our company. This new team member will oversee many office functions and will serve directly alongside the owner of Leigh Lusk Interiors. Responsibilities • Office Tasks • General Housekeeping - Trash, Bathrooms, Kitchen Stock, Overall Office Appearance • Ordering Supplies • Coordinating pest, cleaning, computer services. • Adding vendor recs to the Drive • * PM Assistant Tasks • Manage Completion Phase • Punch list, admin duties, photo shoots, cleaning, etc... • Deliver supplies and fixtures to job sites • Provide onsite supervision of job site and sub contractors as directed by PM • Final Install Preps • Lighting, Hardware, Wallpaper, Accessories • Monitoring and securing job sites as needed • PM errands and returns • Ordering PM items • Cordinate job site deliveries/meet onsite as needed • Attend site visits and take notes • Create and complete action items from meeting notes • Assist building and prepping estimates for clients • Purchase and set up project prep phase and completion phase • Prep Contract Meetings • Print Documents, Set Table • Manage LLI Order Process • Processing orders • Processing deliveries: unbox, check the item, mark delivered in folder, update SS • Updating selection sheets • Manage inventory and storage (including storage unit)Updating selection sheets: after meetings, orders, deliveries, etc. Must be able to work in a team and also function as a self-starter with little or no supervision.
