Will be required to work independently. • Assist with training to ensure job knowledge and performance of interior personnel • Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English • Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. 5+ years prior experience aircraft interior to include involvement in supervision of four or more team members is preferred. Work with other Team Leaders on multiple projects in a cooperative manner.
