Tech Designer/ Architect

This is not a traditional project architect or project lead role. This person will occasionally assist in producing construction documents and may have opportunities to lead smaller or highly technical projects when appropriate, but the primary focus of the role is technical support, coordination, and quality control. Assist with production and coordination of construction document setsSupport project teams with technical detailing, code research, and drawing coordinationDevelop details, finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and millwork packages as neededEnsure drawing consistency, accuracy, and coordination across all sheetsMaintain CAD/Revit standards and documentation organizationAssist with revisions and updates throughout project phasesPermitting & City Coordination Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field7+ years of experience in commercial architecture or interior architectureStrong technical construction documentation experience requiredProficiency in Revit requiredExperience with permit submissions and city review processesStrong understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and commercial interiorsAbility to read, redline, and coordinate consultant drawingsStrong organization and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality controlAbility to work independently while collaborating with a team Compensation is competitive and based on experience, technical capability, and level of project ownership.
