Technical Design Manager | Interior Design

StreetLights Residential (“SLR”) is a privately owned real estate development company with a focus on design-centric mixed-use and multifamily development across the Sun Belt regions. We take into consideration the architectural environment and context of the property to create a building that is endearing to the community. This is inclusive of constructability details, Revit standards, drawing production, and QAQC of all Interior Design drawing deliverables. • Collaborate with designers, architects, and outside consultants throughout the design and documentation of multifamily and mixed-use projects. • * Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • NCIDQ/RID preferred • 5+ years’ experience as a member of a design team for multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality projects • Experienced in interior design construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and industry standards • A team player who possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of professionalism.
