Technical Designer – Interiors – Senior

You will be working with the team to complete assignments on schedule and with great quality to meet our clients’ expectations. during construction Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably with experience designing corporate interiors projects 10+ years of professional experience with focus on Architecture or Interior Design  Licensed Architect OR NCIDQ preferred LEED accreditation encouraged  Experience resolving technical and design issues Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of how buildings are constructed and ability to create technical documents that succinctly, thoroughly, and accurately describe the work to be done Collaborative and team-conscious Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, grace and style Knowledge of California building codes, standards and building structures Understanding sustainable and universal design concepts.
