Technical Designer - Workplace Interiors

Your Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program • 5-8 years of relevant experience with interior architecture / interior design, inclusive of 1+ years of workplace/office space interior design (please highlight this experience in your portfolio and/or resume) • Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD • Proficiency with 3 - D , Enscape, VRay , Grasshopper, Rhino or other visualization software is preferred • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or SPEXX is a plus • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures • Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus • Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction • A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills • Licensed Architect and/or NCIDQ certification are strongly preferred • LEED accreditation is a plus • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; If possible, p ortfolios should include at least one project ( especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview This role is not remote or hybrid ; we look forward to working with our new team member in our dynamic Tampa office.
