We are presently searching for a Technical Designer for our Austin studio. The Technical Designer, working under general supervision of a Design Director, Senior Designer or Project Manager, provides design and technical leadership and support in concept design through design development, contract documents, and construction documentation. Works with team to develop and execute design concepts for interior and exterior repositioning and/ or adaptive reuse projects Works with team to develop design ideas and create both presentation and construction drawings For smaller projects may oversee all design and documentation, with support from senior leadership. Coordinates consultant drawings and develops architectural details to ensure alignment with design solution.
