Technical Interior Designer – Retail Interiors (3–8 Years) | New York, NY | $75K–$115K This is a firm known for its approachable, advisory relationship with clients, genuine stability, and a steady pipeline of high-profile retail work. You'll own your documents, coordinate directly with consultants and PMs, and see projects through from survey to punch-list, real end-to-end involvement, not just CD production in a silo. What you'll be doing: Producing detailed, accurate drawing sets across SD, DD and CD phases, with a focus on retail-specific detailing and coordinationTravelling to perform architectural site surveys and construction site visits, including punch-lists at project completionCoordinating with external consultants to deliver complete, coordinated construction documents suitable for landlord approval, AHJ sign-off and accurate GC biddingSupporting the Project Manager with construction document coordination and approvalsDuring construction: attending weekly virtual OAC calls, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and responding to GC RFIs
