Luxury Interior Design Firm seeking a Technical Interior Designer/CAD(Revit) Drafter - On Site in Dallas - ONLY. Champagne Designs is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled, detail-driven Technical Interior Designer or CAD/REVIT Drafter to play a key role in bringing high-end residential projects to life. This position goes beyond drafting—it’s an opportunity to take ownership of the design process, ensuring that every element is meticulously planned, flawlessly documented, and seamlessly executed. Who You Are: • Proficient in AutoCAD (or Revit) with expertise in millwork detailing, cabinetry, and high-end interiors • Skilled in SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software for client presentations • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and precise, capable of producing detailed technical drawings independently • Experienced in luxury residential design and/or custom home projects • Comfortable working closely with builders, architects, and trades to ensure seamless execution • Knowledgeable in construction materials, space planning, and luxury finish selections • Adept at selecting stone, tile, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and other specifications • Strong in construction documentation and site coordination Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential or custom home design (Required) • Expertise in millwork detailing, cabinetry drawings, and construction documentation • Strong background in space planning, materials, and finish selections for luxury interiors • Construction experience is a plus—understanding build processes and site coordination is highly valued What You’ll Do: • Create detailed millwork, cabinetry, and construction drawings • Develop 3D renderings and visual presentations to support client buy-in • Assist with space planning, material selections, and project management • Work directly with the principal designer to execute high-end custom homes and spec builds • Oversee design details from concept to completion • Collaborate with builders, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity and seamless execution • Coordinate with vendors to source, specify, and procure high-end materials and furnishings • Monitor construction progress, manage change orders, and ensure a smooth design execution Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Contract work may be considered, but only for local Dallas-based candidates • Potential for growth within a high-end, luxury design firm How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a dynamic role in a luxury interior design firm, we would love to hear from you.
