Our client, an Ecommerce Luxury Furniture Marketplace, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temp to Perm Customer Service Associate to join their Client Service Team! In this client-facing role, you will take on a variety of projects to provide outstanding service to the company’s clients, facilitating sales and handling inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. **This position will be remote until their office reopens. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm** **You will:** * Respond to calls, emails, and live chats from clients and consignors * Convert bids to sales * Work with clients to move transactions through the sales pipeline * Contact consignors to discuss open offers * Schedule pick-up and delivery of items with third-party shippers; monitor deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness * Oversee and file claims with shipping providers * Take on additional projects as needed **You have:** * At least 1-2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience preferred * Excellent technical skills, including MS Office Suite and web-browsing * Exceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills * Adept creative problem- solving and prioritization skills * Experience with CRM highly preferred * Basic knowledge and interest in interior design and home décor * Bachelor’s degree Please submit your resume for immediate consideration. **You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
