Textile Sales Representative

We’re looking for an experienced enthusiastic textile sales representative. The showroom is a fast-paced dynamic environment showing over 45 companies specializing in textile, furniture, lighting, art and accessories from around the globe. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with textile and wallcovering sales, and knowledge of showroom and vendor procedures within the interior design profession. The following qualities are vital for success within our team environment: * Good inter-personal skills and a willingness to lend a "helping hand" where needed * The ability work independently as well as efficiently, balancing multiple vendors and customers in this high volume sales environment * Be highly motivated, energetic, adept at problem solving and self-directed learning * Well-developed organizational skills and detail orientation * Have an existing knowledge base with selling textiles and wallcoverings * Excellent telephone skills To perform this job successfully, an individual needs to be proficient with general office software including email, word processing, spreadsheets or accounting software, video conferencing and social media platforms and be comfortable with learning new systems quickly. Knowledge of CMS, CRM or project management systems is highly desired as well as experience working in a team environment with shared document libraries and calendars.
