The Arc- Sales Associate (Flexible Schedule) Are you a detail-oriented person with a love for art and design? Job Responsibilities: ● Communicate store, brand and product knowledge ● Set example for excellent customer service and ensure an elevated level of sales and services is practiced at all times ● Interface with and assist interior designers with high-profile projects ● Build customer loyalty through in-store experience ● Work closely with visual merchandiser to advise on displays based on customer demographics/market ● Capture customer information to build store-wide contact list ● Packing and shipping online orders ● Creating in store Social Media content to forward to our Social Media Agency (instagram stories, photos to post) ● Manage inventory control and back stock ● Order necessary supplies ● Ensure cash handling and register procedures are maintained and executed accurately at all times. Requirements: ● 2-4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a luxury retail service environment ● Flexibility to work between our collaborative space with Pop Up Home and our Hollywood location ● Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills ● Experience with Shopify platform encouraged ● Ability and willingness to work on weekends Ideal Candidate: ● A person who loves design, art and handmade goods. ● A person who loves to talk to people and respond to customer questions. ● A person who is enthusiastic about excellent customer service and sales.
