Designs, manages and performs within a design team in a self-directed manner in all aspects of the Interior Design process including preparation of materials, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, rendering and construction of administration activities within an established budget with specific scheduling, site and programmatic requirements. Effective oral communication skills; able to participate in client presentations Effective experience with construction materials and FF&E specifications/providers Effective knowledge in specification writing (SPEXX experience preferred) Able to manage and complete project tasks in accordance with project schedules
