Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility) Company: The Learning Tree ABA Company Overview: The Learning Tree ABA provides autism therapy services based on research-backed methods. Our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) develop personalized behavior plans tailored to each client's learning style, focusing on in-home and community-based, family-centered approaches to teaching socially significant behaviors. Role Description: This contract hybrid position involves designing functional, safe, and visually appealing interior spaces for clients receiving autism therapy. Responsibilities include space planning, furniture and decor selection, vendor coordination, and ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications: Proficiency in interior design, space planning, and furniture selection Knowledge of safety regulations and ADA compliance Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with design software and tools Experience working with special needs populations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Additional Details: Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Industry: Individual and Family Services
