Travel Trim Carpenter (Closet Systems)

This position requires frequent travel and a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in all clients and team interactions. • Be willing and able to travel as required for project needs, including overnight stays when necessary. Requirements & Experience • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience • Ability to obtain EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire • Knowledge of general safety practices or OSHA training preferred • 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, and millwork • Experience in interior trim, remodels, renovations, shelving, or closet organizers • Ability to use hand tools, reciprocating and miter saws, and power tools correctly and safely • Ability to read layouts from blueprints and apply basic mathematics • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks • Ability to use dispatching equipment and mobile applications • A phone or device with a sufficient data plan to access proprietary project management system (Cruxos)Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
