Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program 10+ years of professional experience in workplace, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial interiors Strong design sensibility with demonstrated experience leading complex interior architecture projects Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM workflows Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of construction documentation, interior detailing, building systems, materials, and specifications Experience leading consultant coordination and client-facing project delivery Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and project scales Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills NCIDQ, Registered Interior Designer, or Architect licensure preferred Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation preferred Tryba Architects is a Denver-based design firm with a national reputation for excellence in the integration of architecture, interior design, urban design, and preservation.
