Job Summary:Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.Duties:Investigate user experience design requirements for the suite of digital assetsDevelop and conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for the brandProduce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesDesign UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital platformsTest UI components such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and target links for landing pagesCollaborate with marketing teams and both internal and external designers to ensure the delivery of tailored digital user experiencesProvide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviorAdhere to brand style standards, including typography and graphic design guidelinesGenerate multiple credible design solutions based on research and analysisDemonstrate proficiency in shared design tools and softwareIdentify relevant design problems and opportunities within briefs and recommend appropriate solutionsParticipate in both divergent and convergent group design workWork independently with minimal guidance to solve complex, open-ended problemsExplore, refine, and thoroughly document design solutionsEvaluate and iterate on concepts based on prototype feedback and testing resultsDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field3+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI designKnowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and user testing best practicesAbility to apply user-centric design principles across digital products and experiencesExperience designing technical and/or business-oriented web applications with a focus on usability and functionalityProficiency in using Figma for design and prototyping workflowsExperience with Conversational Design or Natural Language interfaces, including IVR, chatbots, and similar technologiesExpertise in designing for conversational channels such as chatbots, IVR, SMS, assisted service, and related platformsStrong portfolio showcasing UX design work, from initial concepts and wireframes to interactive prototypesWillingness to travel up to 25% for collaboration and project supportPortfolio primarily consisting of professional design workExperience contributing to one or more shipped products or established design programsAbility to translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiencesPortfolio examples demonstrating experience with enterprise applications and e-commerce/shopping journeysProficiency with tools such as JIRA for project tracking and cross-functional collaborationBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $36.96 and $52.80. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
