Here is the scope work where I'm looking for help and rely on property manager to cover: 1) Managing Airbnb and VRBO bookings 2) Hospitality service\communication 3) Hospitality "maintenance" (mantaining small things for business and supplies, leveraging properties on hospitality scale, adding touches to have guests enjoying their experience) 4) Organizing, scheduling. -Check properties after check outs for damages or missing items, apply for compensation from guests if such a case occurs -Schedule and manage cleaning and maintenance crew to maintain properties and its premises including pool, landscaping, simple maintenance inside, making sure the crews are doing good job and up to standards -Call required professional\technician in a case if something needs to be fixed\done and can’t be done by maintenance person -Provide properties with all necessary supplies for guests, cleaning and maintenance crew needs at the company expense -Maintain general look of all of the properties to make sure they are all up to standards -Improve the vacation rental business overall or look for improvements -Assist the business owner (me) with simple tasks which mostly "office work" Pay: $1800 1st month, $2200 a month from 2nd one + Commission (1.5-3% out of monthly net revenue, which is from $300-400 and hopefully more in the future) ). I'm happy to renegotiate a deal in a future if you are benefiting business and I don't need to supervise you, I'm gonna feel it right away. I'm just trying to find a nice person to work with for long term and build bigger team and do more things in a future.
