• An ability to develop a low-ego, highly collaborative interior design department, and to build a design process that incorporates input from outside of the design team. • With the brand creative team, support the evolution of brand design and vision for LOGE Camps. • Minimum 6-years' experience in the design field, preferably in the hospitality design industry • 4-year degree from an accredited interior design program preferred.
