Job Summary: Senior Architectural Designer We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Designer to lead and guide the design process through multiple phases, creating exceptional graphics and presentation materials. Key responsibilities include leading client meetings, translating goals into client-centered design concepts, and implementing concepts with design and technical coherence. Requirements: • 10+ years in architecture design (high-end residential, K-12/higher ed, workplace preferred) • Bachelor's or master's in architecture • Architectural license preferred • Experience in Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite • Passion for detail, documentation, and client service • Exceptional communication and team collaboration • Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth Benefits:
