As a Senior Designer, you will lead our design team and provide a seamless start-to-finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry. • Design and sell comprehensive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions for residential and commercial projects. • Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with high accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up. • Collaborate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation and achieve sales and other goals.
