• Design assignments will include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting. • Work on multiple teams and support concurrent projects in varying phases of project delivery. • As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills, you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables. • Proficient with Revit, SketchUp, 3D, Enscape, and other modeling software programs, such as Rhino, Grasshopper, and/or Dynamo.
