Job Opportunity Serve as the face of our organization and bridge between clients and business by filling this Sales Design Consultant position. This role involves serving clients one-on-one, building relationships, and creating beautiful projects while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Create and assist clients with design projects using floor planning software • Select components from collections to create unique spaces for each client • Develop solutions to meet client needs • Prepare sketches for client presentations • Manage sales orders from start to finish • Conduct client home visits to measure spaces and introduce options • Maintain showroom aesthetics, including floor moves and cleanliness • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers About This Role • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills • Have experience working in design or a related field • Be able to work independently and as part of a team • Have excellent problem-solving skills • Be proficient in design software • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
